to answer your question, Ramirez is a surname of Hispanic origin. But since we don’t ever see Ramirez talk ingame or ever see his face we can’t know if he is 100% Hispanic or another race. Therefore the only real evidence we have on his ethnicity is his name.
So if I gave Ramirez a white voice in the video I run the risk of people saying that he is mexican and he should have a mexican accent. Therefore going by his name my best bet was to give him a mexican accent
